Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any No Call-No Shows. If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the piercing cost. No exceptions. It’s not fair to me or other potential clients that want to book if you do not show up to your appointment. You can cancel within 24 hours from the time of the scheduled appointment. If you cancel under the 24 hour window, you will be charged the cancellation fee.
